Zero Hunger Food Bank
Zero Hunger Food Bank program ensures every child receives freshly prepared, nutritionist-approved meals—both breakfast and lunch—every day.
The industrial kitchen at Dhunela campus, operational since March 2023, prepares up to 10,000 meals daily and serves a 1,000-seater dining hall. It caters to Lotus Petal Sr. Secondary School.
Nutrition Standards: Every meal provides 550 kcal and 18g of protein per child, per day.
In-House Kitchen: FSSAI-certified A+ kitchen located on the Dhunela campus, operational since March 2023.
High Capacity: Prepares up to 10,000 meals daily; includes a 1,000-seater dining hall.
Air Purification System: Installed to maintain hygiene and air quality in food preparation areas.
Current Reach: 3,000+ meals served daily to students on campus.
Building Values: Daily meal routines instill discipline, routine, and a sense of responsibility in children.
During the pandemic, the program extended beyond the campus.
Distributed 8.44 lakh meal boxes
Provided 1,155 ration kits to daily wage earners and migrant workers across communities
