Saloni Raj joined Lotus Petal Foundation as a child and came from a fractured learning background as a first-generation learner. When she entered the program, her learning level was significantly below age-grade expectations. Over time, she completed her schooling, appeared for the NEET examination, and successfully secured admission to medical college.
In 2024, she became a doctor—fulfilling a long-held aspiration to build a career in medicine. Coming from a family with three siblings, with her mother as the sole breadwinner, Saloni's journey reflects determination, academic persistence, and the long-term impact of access to quality education.
Deepa Kumari
Deepa Kumari is a Junior Administrative Coordinator at Unify Dots, with over 4 years of experience in administrative operations, coordination, and organisational support. A graduate in English (B.A.), she brings strong communication and writing skills to her work, along with a dependable and process-oriented approach.
Having come from a humble background, Deepa has shaped her career through discipline, perseverance, and a commitment to continuous learning. She plays an important role in managing administrative workflows, supporting teams, and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations with professionalism and consistency.
Deepa is currently preparing to pursue an MBA to further develop her managerial skills and grow her career in administration and corporate management.

Shakila Shaikh is a motivated student with a strong aspiration to build a career in medicine. She is currently preparing for NEET at Physics Wallah Coaching Centre, with the goal of becoming a doctor.
During her school years, she received consistent guidance and encouragement from her teachers, which played an important role in helping her grow from a shy student into a more confident and self-assured individual. Their support also gave her the confidence to speak on a public platform as a TEDx speaker—an experience she values deeply.
She has also benefited from financial assistance that has supported her coaching journey. Shakila is committed to working hard, achieving her dreams, and making her parents and mentors proud.
Ashish Kumar
Ashish Kumar is a dedicated Technical Support Executive currently working with a UK-based telecom company, where he assists customers in resolving technical issues and supports reliable service delivery. Known for his calm approach and problem-solving mindset, he focuses on providing clear, effective solutions while maintaining high service standards.
He studied at Lotus Petal from 2016 to 2022, a period that helped him build a strong foundation in technical understanding, discipline, and professional responsibility. Alongside his current role, Ashish is in the final year of his graduation and is actively completing his degree while continuing to expand his knowledge in the technology domain.
Driven by a strong interest in learning and long-term growth, Ashish aspires to build a meaningful career in cybersecurity. Outside of work, Ashish enjoys reading novels and sketching.
Naveen Sharma
Naveen Sharma is an experienced IT Manager currently working with White Media Marketing Private Limited, where he oversees the organisation's IT infrastructure. Since October 14, 2024, he has managed core IT functions including data security, endpoint security, network monitoring, and server management.
He studied at Lotus Petal Foundation from 2015 to 2020, a period that helped shape his technical foundation, discipline, and professional values. He is currently in the final year of his Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) through Chandigarh University's online program.
Focused on long-term growth, Naveen plans to pursue higher education in either an MCA or Cyber Security to deepen his expertise in advanced systems and secure technologies.
Chanchala Kumari
Chanchala Kumari is a committed education professional with a strong interest in teaching, leadership, and continuous growth. She joined Lotus Petal Foundation in 2023 as an Assistant Teacher and was promoted to the role of English Teacher in recognition of her consistent efforts.
Her contributions include newsletter creation, curriculum design, handbook design, serving as Examination In-charge, and leading student activities. She also serves as Vice President of the Alumni Association and runs a coaching centre as a Lead Teacher.
Chanchala is currently pursuing her B.A. (Hons.) in English (3rd Year). Coming from a humble background, she has grown significantly as a professional, educator, and emerging leader.
Naina Singh
Naina Singh is a dedicated dental student currently pursuing a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) at Sudha Rustagi College of Dental Sciences & Research. She is focused on building a strong academic foundation in dentistry while developing the clinical knowledge and practical skills needed to deliver quality oral healthcare.
She studied at Lotus Petal from 2016 to 2022, where she developed discipline, academic consistency, and a strong interest in the medical and healthcare field.
With a focused mindset and dedication to her studies, Naina aspires to build a meaningful career in dentistry and contribute positively to the healthcare sector in the future.
Saneema Ray
Saneema Ray is a responsible and detail-oriented security professional currently working at Meta (on the payroll of Arsalan SRS). In her role, she manages Visitor Management System (VMS) operations and handles visitor interactions, helping ensure smooth coordination, safety compliance, and a professional experience for visitors and staff.
She completed her schooling at Lotus Petal Foundation, graduating in 2020, and has also completed her graduation from IGNOU. With a clear focus on personal and professional growth, she is planning to pursue an M.A. and B.Ed. to build a meaningful career in the education sector.
Jagriti Upadhyay
Jagriti Upadhyay studied at Lotus Petal Foundation and is currently a second-year B.Tech student in Computer Science Engineering (AI & ML) at KR Mangalam University.
During her time at Lotus Petal Foundation, she developed confidence, communication skills, leadership qualities, and a strong value system alongside her academic learning. The consistent guidance and encouragement from her teachers motivated her to aim higher and believe in her abilities.
