Kushal holds an engineering degree from BIT Mesra and an MBA from IIM Lucknow, and brings nearly 20 years of corporate experience. Despite working in a different domain, he remained deeply interested in children and education and kept returning to the question of how he could contribute meaningfully. That motivation eventually led him to start Lotus Petal Foundation and commit himself to creating real change.

Dr. Nandita is a gold medallist doctor (MD, DNB), a marathon runner, and a quiet philanthropist. She leads the weekly OPD at Lotus Petal Foundation and helps run the monthly health camp on our campus. For her, serving at Lotus Petal is deeply fulfilling and keeps her connected to the purpose of healthcare.

Madhu is a homemaker and community advocate who joined Lotus Petal Foundation out of a strong belief in improving outcomes for underserved families. Over the years, her practical support, networks, and on-ground involvement have strengthened the Foundation in multiple ways.

Manish Gupta is a practising Chartered Accountant, an insolvency professional, and the Co-Founder of mysharedcfo.com. He has worked with organisations such as IBM, Genpact, and Agilent Technologies, and brings deep expertise in finance and governance—an important pillar for the Foundation’s operations and accountability.

Achal Kaneja is a runner and long-time corporate leader, with experience as a General Manager at PepsiCo. He supports Lotus Petal Foundation by helping plan and organise periodic fundraising drives that power sustained program delivery.
