Is there a tax benefit if I donate?

Each donation (cash or kind) made to Lotus Petal gets a receipt. We are a registered charity and all donations made in India are tax exempt under section 80G 12A.

Who are your beneficiaries?

Our beneficiaries are the children enrolled in our schools. They come from economically underprivileged backgrounds. Their parents are involved in menial work as house help, cooks, maids, security guards, press-walas, tea stall owners, car washers, drivers etc.
